This Add-on always accompanies the Bloodwork Analysis service.

The Add-on satisfies one of the following:

1. you want facilitation with the blood testing process through your physician, i.e. you would like to have your doctor order the blood testing for coverage through your insurance* but you’re not sure how to proceed, you want a letter from Enroot Wellness sent to your physician, or other facilitation in this process, or

2. the blood test results you want analyzed have >50 biomarkers/line items, or

3. you have blood test results from two blood draw dates
