CBC with diff: WBC (white blood cell count), RBC (red blood cell count), hematocrit, hemoglobin, platelets, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, differential: neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils (all white blood cells)
CMP Complete Metabolic/Liver Panel (14): glucose, BUN, creatinine, sodium, potassium, chloride, carbon dioxide, calcium, protein, albumin, globulin, bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, AST, ALT
Lipid panel: total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, HDL, VLDL + Non-HDL cholesterol + TC/HDL Ratio
Iron panel: iron, ferritin, total iron binding capacity
Thyroid panel: TSH, T4 (thyroxine), T3 uptake, free thyroxine index (T7)

CBC stands for complete blood count which tests our red blood cells (RBC), white blood cells (WBC), leukocytes (neutrophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils, monocytes, basophils), platelets, hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC, and so on.
CMP stands for comprehensive metabolic panel and this gives our status of glucose, calcium, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, bicarbonate), kidney markers (BUN, creatinine), liver markers (Alkaline phosphatase, ALT, AST, Bilirubin), and so on.
